Summer wearing clear glasses

There’s always more,

and it’s always better.

About

I'm Summer.

A deep thinker, a curious mind, a creative soul, and someone who has never been particularly good at accepting things simply because that's the way they've always been.

I'm endlessly fascinated by people. How we think, why we do what we do, what shapes us, what holds us back, and what happens when we finally start questioning the things we've always believed about ourselves and the world around us.

I'm the kind of person who wants to understand everything. Not just what happened, but why. Not just how something works, but how it could work better. I see patterns, connections, and possibilities everywhere, and my brain is almost always pulling at a thread to see where it leads.

I'm equal parts analytical and imaginative. I love a good spreadsheet almost as much as I love a beautiful design. I can spend hours untangling a complicated problem, researching something that caught my attention, or dreaming up an idea that didn't exist yesterday. I'm drawn to the intersection of creativity, psychology, strategy, and human experience.

I'm also someone who feels things deeply, even when I don't always know what to do with those feelings. I care fiercely, question relentlessly, and have a pretty low tolerance for performative nonsense. I value curiosity over judgment, substance over appearances, and genuine connection over obligatory conversation.

My life has been anything but linear. I've reinvented myself more than once, challenged beliefs I once held with absolute certainty, and learned that growth doesn't always look like becoming someone new. Sometimes it looks like finally giving yourself permission to be who you've been all along.

I'm a wife, a mom, a sister, a daughter, a friend, an entrepreneur, and about a thousand other things depending on the day. Those relationships and roles are important parts of my life, but they're not the entirety of who I am.

I'm someone who loves history, nature, music, meaningful conversations, beautiful things, and discovering the extraordinary hiding inside the ordinary. I love understanding the stories behind things. I love finding unexpected connections. And I really love those moments when something suddenly clicks and the world makes a little more sense.

I don't believe people are meant to fit neatly into boxes. I don't believe there's one right way to build a life. And I certainly don't believe that being a work in progress means you can't be proud of who you are right now.

I'm still figuring things out. Still learning. Still unlearning. Still changing my mind when new information gives me a reason to.

I have big ideas, strong opinions, an occasionally unreasonable number of browser tabs open, and a persistent belief that most things can be made better if we're willing to look at them differently.

More than anything, I want a life that feels like mine. One built on curiosity, authenticity, freedom, meaningful relationships, and the space to keep becoming.

There's always more, and it's always better.

Not because who I am today isn't enough.

But because I never want to stop discovering what's possible.
